Can I get my stored items tested and maintained?

Yes! We offer full testing, maintenance, and repair services for stored items as well as those on-site.

For managed storage items, we can pre-schedule maintenance and testing as part of your storage bill.

What types of equipment can you test and tag?

We test and tag a wide range of electrical items in compliance with AS/NZS 3760 standards, including cables, general equipment, 3-phase appliances, as well as lighting, audio, and video equipment commonly used in performing arts and technical production environments.

Please note we only offer up to 12 month tags.

How do I report a fault with my equipment?

Simply scan the QR code on our service tag to report a fault instantly. External users can also report issues, and we’ll follow up with you directly. Our team will assess the issue, contact you if needed, and arrange diagnostics or repairs to minimise downtime.

Where do you offer your services?

We primarily operate within the Perth Metro Area, but we also welcome and encourage service requests from regional areas across Western Australia.

Can I schedule services in advance?

Yes, you can book services ahead of time and receive automatic reminders when it's time to renew testing or maintenance. For storage customers with a managed inventory, maintenance is booked in advanced and occurs without any additional admin.

Who performs the services?

All services are carried out by certified technicians from our trusted local freelance network, experienced in technical and industry-specific equipment.

When do I need to maintain my equipment?

At a minimum, equipment should be maintained annually, but depending on its usage frequency and environment, more frequent servicing may be required to ensure safety and performance.

How long does a Test & Tag certification last?

We provide up to 12-month tags for all tested items. After this period, retesting is required to remain compliant with AS/NZS 3760 standards.

Can you provide labour or crew for my show?

We don’t supply crew or labour directly, but we’re happy to help you connect with freelance technicians from our trusted network. Our focus is on providing behind-the-scenes technical services so your team can operate at their best.

Are there any restrictions on the services you provide?

Yes, while we’re highly experienced in technical servicing, we are not licensed electricians or engineers.

However, we can support these requirements through our project services, helping you coordinate with qualified professionals when needed.

Do you handle all types of repairs?

Not all repairs are handled in-house. Specialist repairs may be sub-contracted to trusted providers. We’ll always communicate this with you in advance, including clear pricing and timelines, so you stay fully informed.
