All services provided by Haze Technical are governed by our general Terms and Conditions.
Storage services are covered under a dedicated Storage Agreement and On-Hire Consent Form, ensuring clarity around facility use and item management.
Each rental item is subject to a signed Rental Agreement outlining care, use, and return terms.

We aim to make payment simple and transparent for all our clients.
Tax Invoices are issued for all services provided.
We accept Direct Deposit and Online Card Payments (please note that applicable processing fees apply for card transactions).
Rental Services must be paid in advance prior to delivery or collection. Storage Services are billed monthly, with invoices issued at the beginning of each billing cycle. Technical and Project Services are billed per order, with payment terms clearly outlined in the quotation or discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement.

All deliveries and pickups are subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate your preferred dates and times, we may not be able to fulfill all requests. Rest assured, we’ll work closely with you to find the most suitable alternative. To maximise flexibility and efficiency, we use a range of vehicles, including hire vehicles when needed. Our team will assist with loading and unloading however any labour beyond this will incur additional charges, please advise of any further delivery instructions in your enquiry.
